
With Piranha 3D already in wide release, we are only two weeks away from a battle, as Resident Evil: Afterlife breaks into theaters and the two try and co-exist. Considering Piranha's low take in its first first weekend, most theaters will likely bump the Alexandre Aja film in favor of Paul W.S. Anderson's newest entry. Shot in 3D using the same cameras as James Cameron, it may be the first live action film to truly do the medium right. Unfortunately for the marketing, computers
are not yet ready for 3D video, so you'll have to enjoy these three new clips in 2D.
UGO, Yahoo!, and MySpace have all received an exclusive clip from the fourth Resident Evil film. In them, you will see Alice and her clone wasting soldiers of the Umbrella Corporation, blowing away zombies with a massive explosion and trying to land a plane on a very small roof. You know, standard Resident Evil stuff.
